Travelling by plane
Pisa Airport is the nearest airport to the venue (20 minutes away by car).
For those coming from outside the UK/EU, Firenze Airport is the best choice (1 hour by car).
Travelling by car
If you plan to rent a car, there is plenty of parking at the venue where you can leave the car (also overnight). This will also be handy when getting to the locations for Friday and Sunday if you plan to join us on these days.
From the centre of Pisa, it takes 15 minutes to get to the venue and from the centre of Lucca, it takes 20 minutes.
Shuttle
If there is enough interest, we will provide a shuttle to and from the centre of Pisa. Please indicate when you RSVP if you would like to be included for this.
Where to stay
There are many beautiful hotels and Air BnBs in the surrounding area, as well as in Pisa and Lucca. Here are a few recommendations, but if you would like any additional help feel free to contact us.
